About this vehicle
The Benda Redstone 550 R2 is a powerful 550cc all-terrain quad bike — and as the official Benda representative in Cape Verde, our fleet is maintained directly by the manufacturer's specifications. It's the most adventurous way to discover Boa Vista's dunes, beaches, and off-road trails.
Two seats, manual transmission, and built for the kind of terrain regular cars can't reach. Helmet provided, and we'll talk you through the controls before you head out. Suitable for riders aged 18+ with a valid licence.
Best for: riders looking for a real adventure — sand, gravel, dirt tracks, and the parts of Boa Vista most visitors never see.
- Unlimited kilometres — drive as far as you like across Boa Vista
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
- Local pickup arranged: Boa Vista airport, Sal Rei, or your hotel

Policies and agreement
A valid driver's licence is required at pickup, held for at least one year. EU and international licences are accepted. Please bring the original document along with a passport or national ID — photocopies are not accepted.
For the quad bike (Benda Redstone), a regular car licence is sufficient for most travellers. Closed shoes are required, and helmets are provided.
All rentals include basic third-party liability insurance and collision damage waiver (CDW) with a standard deductible. Customers are responsible for damage up to the deductible amount, which is taken from the security deposit if applicable.
An optional zero-deductible upgrade is available on request. Off-road driving outside designated areas, and damage caused by negligence, are not covered.
We accept cash (Euro or Cape Verde Escudo) and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) at the time of pickup. Bank transfer is available for advance bookings on request.
A refundable security deposit of €300 (cash or card) is taken at pickup and returned in full when the vehicle is returned undamaged.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup — full refund, no questions asked.
Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup: the first rental day is charged; the remainder is refunded. No-shows are charged in full.
Date or vehicle changes are free of charge if availability allows — just message us as early as possible.
Smoking is not permitted inside any vehicle.
Small, well-behaved pets are welcome by prior agreement. Customers are responsible for returning the vehicle in clean condition; any additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
Minimum driver age is 18 years for all vehicles. The driver must have held a valid licence for at least one year.
Additional drivers may be added at no extra cost — please provide their licence at pickup.
